Basic requirements for letters, parcels, parcels sent to the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.

Sending parcels is carried out only to the address of individuals.

The sender of the parcel is responsible for the correctness of filling in the documents accompanying the parcels, the individual consignment note, and the customs declaration.

A clear and reliable description of all items, indicating the value of each item, will facilitate the timely delivery of the parcel to the recipient, resulting in quick customs clearance. An incomplete or inaccurate description of items in a parcel can be interpreted by the customs authorities as an attempt to evade payments and may lead to additional sanctions, and in exceptional cases escalate to the level of administrative and criminal cases.

The maximum weight of a parcel should not exceed 30 kilograms.

The maximum value of investments in a parcel not subject to customs duties, sent to one recipient, once a week, should not exceed 200 Euros and the weight should not exceed 30 kilograms. In case of exceeding the value of investments or weight, the customs duty will be charged on the postal item in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
